Our goals are:

- To provide products that comply with the design specifications
- To ensure staff are trained, motivated and work in a suitable and safe
environment
In order to meet these objectives, Sensatech Research Limited has fully implemented a
documented Quality Management System that meets the requirements of BS EN
ISO9001: 1994. This covers all aspects of the operation including: order
acceptance, design, production, purchasing, receipt, storage, repair and
despatch.
The Quality Manager is the delegated Quality Representative, and has the
authority and responsibility to ensure that the system is implemented and
understood throughout the company. The staff are responsible for the quality of
their own work and empowered to control and contribute to quality
improvements.
The Quality Management System is subject to regular independent auditing, as
part of a continual improvement process. The above goals are measured and
reviewed, and improvement targets set by the regular Management Reviews.
