present, sometimes because materials need to be precisely dispensed perhaps for

A number of load cell, force sensor and weighing systems are available for
industrial applications from small to very large.
Capacitive sensing techniques allow the construction of very thin force
transducers in which plates are compressed according to load changing the
electrical characteristics significantly such that very small changes in load
can be detected. The restoring force is typically applied by either magnet,
cantilevers, drums or beams.
