Laboratory moisture measurement equipment is typically expensive and not
suitable for use in process in industrial often continual production
environments.
Capacitive sensing with its non-contact characteristic and potential for
fast sampling speeds can be ideal for continual moisture measurement of items
or materials in industrial drying applications. Sensatech's ability to
multiplex sensors allows many point measurements to be made inexpensively.
An additional feature of many drying applications is a high ambient
temperature where the measurements are required to be made. Sensatech is able
to produce sensors which can cope with operation at high temperatures.
